After 1,540 days of anticipation, Atlanta-based rapper Playboi Carti has unleashed his third studio album MUSIC to eager fans worldwide. The 30-track collection arrived in the early hours of March 14, landing at approximately 7:30 a.m. EST following several frustrating delays that tested the patience of his dedicated following.

It’s been a long journey for Playboi Carti to I Am Musi c after announcing the project in 2022. His last album, Whole Lotta Red, arrived on Christmas Day in 2020 and debuted atop the Billboard 200 for his first No. 1 album, which earned 100,000 equivalent album units.
