JUST HAD VIVITY LENS IMPLANTED 3 WEEKS | Cataract | Forums
I have a Vivity lens implanted almost 2 months ago. I have been told that I had a "perfect" result. My distance vision is 20/20. I can read the computer (most important to me) without glasses but it is a slight strain (I have light adjustable lens in left eye that is currently being adjusted to help with the intermediate vision.

2020年1月8日 · So my point is, i will bet that the Vivity is just another good quality edof lens, like Symfony and At Lara, and you can get a result very similar to these. I think you can very well look into the real life outcomes with the Symfony, and expect a similar result, and then it is up to you, if this is the result you are looking for.

I think a better combination for monovision is to have a standard monofocal lens set for distance in the dominant eye, and a Vivity in the close eye. The monofocal lens has significant more contrast sensitivity (MTF) and can make up better for the loss in the Vivity.
