Lemongrass Steak. I marinated 5 steaks (16 oz steaks, this was NY but I love Ribeye too). Marinade is 8 tbsp oyster sauce, 4 tbsp minced lemon grass, 4 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp garlic powder,1 tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp, Knorr seasoning sauce, 3 tbsp brown sugar.
